I'm launching professional Independent Facilitation services through Rollin' Thru Consulting. After completing intensive training with Claudia Cares Consulting, I'm offering comprehensive IF support for adults with developmental disabilities throughout North Los Angeles County Regional Center, with a focus on the cerebral palsy community.

WHAT IS AN INDEPENDENT FACILITATOR?

An Independent Facilitator works directly with you to navigate California's Self-Determination Program (SDP). I create Person-Centered Plans, coordinate your transition from traditional Regional Center services to SDP, and provide ongoing support to ensure your services align with your goals.

• Comprehensive assessment of your goals and support needs

• Collaborative process with your circle of support

SELF-DETERMINATION TRANSITION SUPPORT

• Up to 40 hours of guided support transitioning to SDP

• Regional Center process navigation and paperwork

• Assessment coordination and IPP meeting preparation

• Strategic planning for service implementation

ONGOING IF SUPPORT

• Continuous Spending Plan monitoring

• Quarterly review and adjustment support

• Crisis intervention and problem-solving

• Advocacy during IPP meetings and appeals

FUNDING SOURCES

• Independent Facilitator services in California's Self-Determination Program are paid through the participant's Individual Budget allocated by their Regional Center.
